Sharon will have to write her own little bio in here

I worked with the famous Canadian Photographer, Robert Keziere in Vancouver BC in the late 1980's photographing fine art for limited edition lithographic reproduction as well as private studios, galleries and artists collections. We shot work both in the studio and on location for gallery catalogues, private collections and national and provincial galleries.

We used 4x5, 8x10 and 11x14 Deardorff cameras with apochromatic lenses to minimize distortion.(this was before the days of photoshop) Robert also invented a technique to open the film's inherent contrast range and allow for more detail in the shadows. We did this with a very calculated pre exposure of each sheet of film. It allowed the labs that were digitizing the transparencies to establish detail in the shadows and make a much more accurate limited edition lithograph.

Anyway... I have a long history in the art reproduction industry. I graduated from The Emily Carr College of Art and Design and went on to work as a custom color printer in professional photo labs in Arizona and Oregon. I have shot countless portfolios for artists and galleries as well as continued to create and publish our own work. My wife Sharon and I run Peripheral Vision Publications here in Portland Oregon.

We specialize in fine art reproduction and printing as well as magazine and journal editing and publishing, video production, website design and just pretty much anything related to photography.
